Meet Helen

I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I weave together elements of experiential, emotionally-focused, somatic therapies and mindfulness. I’m a collaborative therapist and I seek to understand your experience on all levels – I don’t just sit and nod! I work closely with you to gently unearth the core of who you are, how you got here, and where you want to go.
